As summer comes to an end I am attempting to desperately cling to my favorite parts of this warm season. When it comes to food, I love the bounty that summer brings but what I look forward to most are fresh, ripe berries picked straight from the vine and consumed immediately. This smoothie recipe has been my go-to for the past few weeks for a few reasons; it’s PEACH season(!), this dog-day heat has me running to smoothies for relief and I’m trying to cut back on desserts so this treat helps curb the cravings. Healthy- refreshing- sweet treat. Win-win-win.
