Pull out your boots and scarves, fall is in the air! I have a small confession to make and to many of you it may not seem like a big deal but to the rest, you may think I’m out of my mind. Ready? OK here it goes.. Out of the past 4 years of owning my slow cooker, I’ve used it a total of 10 times, maybe.
I know, I KNOW. I’ve been missing out. Like most people, I had the greatest intentions of using it weekly when I first made the purchase but somewhere between now and then, I kinda forgot. READ MORE
Apparently, I can’t get enough pumpkin in my life. This bread is SO good and I’m happy to be sharing it with you. Not only is it packed full of health, it’s also gluten free and super moist thanks in large part to the coconut oil. It makes a great snack, breakfast or dessert and is becoming a favorite of mine.

Fall is almost here and I find myself doing a little happy dance in celebration of my favorite season. Boots, sweaters, football, falling leaves, bonfires, pumpkin everything, chili… I could go on and on. Not to mention some birthdays of my favorite people and a few holidays worth getting excited about. I know some of you may think I’m going a little overboard on the fall excitement but I also know some of you are right there with me getting stoked about some pumpkin spice lattes, amiright?
